Chicago Crucible was formed in 2009 on Chicago's northwest side by Lloyd Mandelbaum. After graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Lloyd gained a wide knowledge base by working in many foundries before establishing Chicago Crucible.

 

Now Chicago Crucible has two location, one in Chicago and one in West Michigan. We continues to grow both by expanding our resources  with new equipment and facilities and by collaborating with many artists across the region and country. Driven by an openness to new and better developments in the field of fine art casting, Chicago Crucible is continually innovating to deliver the finest cast art work for its clients.
